Portugal youth teams build-up for international season in Browns!
Portugal´s U-19s and U-20s rugby youth teams visited Browns during the last two weeks of February in the build up for the forthcoming international tests.
These two teams are part of the Portuguese Rugby Union project to produce a wide range of players that could go on and hopefully represent and help Portugal to qualify and play in the next World Cup in 2007.

The U-19s will start its international season in April in Treviso, Italy, facing the mighty French in the 1st round of the championship. Difficult task for the young Portuguese who brilliantly won the group B championship last year. The U-20s travel to Romania in May and will try to qualify directly to the next U-21 World Cup. Browns wishes the Portuguese Rugby Union and its players the very best luck in all the test matches they are involved in during 2004.
