Vilamoura xv struggles to secure a draw |
Last
Saturday, 28th of February, the Vilamoura XV has not managed to secure better
than a draw against the Lisbon side, Tecnologia RFC. |

Playing under a beautiful winter sun
and at the outstanding Browns Sports & Leisure Club rugby pitch, the local
team had a disastrous first half reaching half-time 17 points down.. |

For no reason, the team lost its discipline and concentration,
delaying the recovery until the last 20 minutes of the game. It all proved to
late, as Vilamoura XV run out of time to secure a win, with the final score at
17-17. This week´s
highlight goes to the local team Romanian number 8, Romeu, who never gave up
fighting to help his team get the possible best result in a poor performance
day.
